M Moser aided the client in analyzing a relocation of their suburban office campus headquarters comprising of 561,652 SF to a more compact downtown environment in Durham’s Historic Tobacco district.

The relocations purpose was to deliver a destination that transforms the culture, attracts & retains talent and provides their people flexibility with new spaces that support collaboration, teamwork and innovation.

The client determined they wanted to offer their staff a location. The design focuses on variation and employee choice including amenities and biophilic elements that enhance employee & customer well-being.
