O’Brien Atkins relocated Duke University’s fundraising office of 227 people off campus to 2 floors, occupying 41,815 SF in a high-rise office building nearby in downtown Durham. Services included interior architecture, mechanical and electrical design and coordinated with consultant on audio visual design.
